• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• BSc. in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed university.

• Must have strong knowledge of home appliance technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in 2D/3D design software and its application in product development is required.

• Must be familiar with current industry trends, innovative materials, and modern design technologies.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in manufacturing or R&D will be an added advantage.

• Lead R&D initiatives focused on product design, performance optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement for home appliance products.

• Develop and trial new materials, components, manufacturing techniques, and technologies to improve product durability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, design, and sourcing teams to integrate new innovations into mass production seamlessly.

• Conduct thorough root cause analysis of product defects or failures and implement long-term corrective solutions through structured R&D.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all product trials, lab test results, technical validations, and process improvements.

• Stay current with global trends, innovative technologies, and compliance standards relevant to electronics, home appliances, and sustainability.

• Mentor and train R&D engineers and technical staff, fostering a high-performance innovation culture and technical excellence across the team.
