Responsibilities & Context:
To assure the buyer requirement standard and link & co-ordinate with all departments (Quality /production /merchandise /compliance /shipping) to ensure smooth Execution until Export.
To follow up on activities & status with quality departments and Technical and Regular basis follow up on fabric & Trims inspection, shrinkage testing / Shade bands / PP meeting
Proficient in conducting inspections and audits at all level.
Develop quality standards, rules and regulations to achieve garment quality.
Quality Improvement and rejection minimization.
Implementing the total quality system to enhance productivity and quality.
To follow up sampling from proto to shipment samples (Quality / T&A).
Conduct risk assessment process and pass reports to manufacturer and QA Teams.
Conduct random unannounced quality audits.
Responsible to make sure factories are comply with respective buyer.
Compliance standards (Routine follows up of CAP and annual Audits).
Perform any other task assigned by management.
To take responsibility of reduction of manpower & cost.
To take initiative to setup new technology in plant for future.
