Experience:

BSc. in ME/IPE/EEE from any reputed university.

• Age At least 35 years

• Should have proven expertise in Quality Management Systems.

• Should be proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Should have excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for home appliances.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, BSTI, BDS, IEC, and manage internal and external quality audits.

• Oversee IQC, IPQC, and FQC processes to ensure all materials and products meet quality standards.

• Supervise safety, endurance, performance, and environmental testing of appliances.

• Analyze failure data and complaints using tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, 5 Why, and Fishbone.

• Drive root cause investigations and implement CAPA to eliminate recurring issues.

• Lead and mentor quality teams, define KPIs, and conduct training on quality tools and standards.

• Collaborate with R&D, Production, SCM, and Service teams to integrate quality in the product lifecycle.

• Handle customer and market feedback, initiate recalls if necessary, and drive continuous improvement.
