• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• MSc/BSc in EEE/ME from any reputed University.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Escalator/Elevator/Lift

• Candidates having experience in Lift will get preference.

• Candidate must have good knowledge in Lift manufacturing, installation, commissioning and QC-related work.

• Should have strong analytical ability.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

• Accessible approach to other with pleasant personality.

• Coordinating with the designer, production, supply chain & logistics to achieve complete lift delivery status and report to management with detailed, effective observation.

• Ensure optimum & efficient product quality & performance to achieve a competitive product market.

• Frequent market visits of other renowned & local brands to prepare a comparative report in terms of design, development, quality and durability.

• Raw materials, parts, components & design validation and verification in terms of quality for the lift product.

• Ensure the IQC &OQC of raw materials & finished goods for the lift product.

• Training and upgrading the quality team of the lift product.

• Benchmarking used raw materials, parts, components & design by analyzing breakdown, modification & damage reports from different field teams.

• Ensure necessary equipment calibration for the lift product.

• Supplier quality audit & marking for lift product.

• Periodically check running/ongoing lift installation, after-sales service & commissioning activities & report in detail with specific observation & solution to CBO & DCBO.

• Ensure targeted DPMO level defined by process and R&I of each part & component.
