- MSc/BSc in EEE/ME from any reputed University.

Additional Requirements:
Candidates having experience in Lift will get preference.
Candidate must have good knowledge in Lift manufacturing, installation, commissioning and QC-related work.
Should have strong analytical ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Accessible approach to other with pleasant personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinating with the designer, production, supply chain & logistics to achieve complete lift delivery status and report to management with detailed, effective observation.
Ensure optimum & efficient product quality & performance to achieve a competitive product market.
Frequent market visits of other renowned & local brands to prepare a comparative report in terms of design, development, quality and durability.
Raw materials, parts, components & design validation and verification in terms of quality for the lift product.
Ensure the IQC &OQC of raw materials & finished goods for the lift product.
Training and upgrading the quality team of the lift product.
Benchmarking used raw materials, parts, components & design by analyzing breakdown, modification & damage reports from different field teams.
Ensure necessary equipment calibration for the lift product.
Supplier quality audit & marking for lift product.
Periodically check running/ongoing lift installation, after-sales service & commissioning activities & report in detail with specific observation & solution to CBO & DCBO.
Ensure targeted DPMO level defined by process and R&I of each part & component.
