Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Academic qualification may be relaxed for exceptionally deserving candidates
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thorough knowledge and clear concept about the details of garment orders from the stage of material & garment sample development, basic lab testing and its required tools / equipment, fabric inspection penalty points / system used, cutting, printing/embroidery, sewing, several types of wet & dry washing, finishing, packing, mold preventive control, pre-final and required final inspection.
∎ To control total quality of the product through technological improvement of meticulous quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists.
∎ Manage to achieve standards to satisfy customer and factory management.
∎ Assisting technicians regarding checking of patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Monitor the inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment as per quality measurements.
∎ Maintain acceptable quality standards in every process from samples to bulk shipments including, samples, fabric and accessories, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing.
∎ Achieve proper inspections and audit processes from samples up to final inspections. Apply GPQ system.
∎ Achieve inspection quantity targets and efficiency of all inspection points.
∎ Maintain required quality standards in all manufacturing processes in all products.
∎ Implement and maintain all quality related systems, procedures and disciplines.
∎ Training and develop the subordinate workforce to acquire knowledge and skills.
∎ Keep displaying the positive continual improvements in every quarter on quality related indicators, efficiency of quality staffs and adopting new concepts as and when required.
∎ Conduct the special tasks and projects assigning by the top management and achieve the targeted goals.
∎ Perform any other task as per management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Woven/Knit Product.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Experience in a highly automated fulfillment environment is preferred;
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management.
∎ Report presentation skill and interpersonal skill;
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English;
∎ Preference will be given if having knowledge in Jacket/Outerwear production management.
∎ Preference will be given if having experience with the following buyers: INDITEX, PVH, NEXT, M&S, WALMART, Reputed US market brands etc.
