CROYDON- KOWLOON DESIGNS LTD (CKDL) is a reputed outerwear garment manufacturer working with globally recognized buyers. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Quality Assurance function, ensuring world-class quality standards from development to shipment.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and control end-to-end Quality Assurance operations
Ensure buyer-specific quality standards are implemented across all stages
Conduct and monitor pilot runs before bulk production
Analyze defects, take corrective actions, and implement preventive measures
Guide QA team to ensure consistent product quality
Conduct quality training for operators and staff
Collaborate with Production, IE, and Merchandising teams
Ensure compliance with international quality and audit standards
