Job Context
We are seeking a highly analytical and result-driven professional to lead Industrial Engineering functions. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, reducing cost, and improving operational efficiency across all production processes.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage all Industrial Engineering (IE) activities
Analyze and optimize production processes from sampling to shipment
Monitor line efficiency, capacity, and bottlenecks
Develop manpower planning and budget control
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, SMV optimization)
Introduce cost-saving and productivity enhancement techniques
Prepare CAPEX proposals with ROI analysis
Implement IE strategies aligned with business objectives
