Minimum 15 years of hands on experience in Quality Assurance within woven garments manufacturing.
Proven expertise in establishing and managing QA system, procedures and teams.
In-depth knowledge for bottom-making products (5 Pocket, Chino, Cargo, etc.).
Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
Expatriates/foreign nationals with relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
Training and building the quality team as per buyers Standard.
Remaining responsible for all quality matters
Reporting to the Top Management on regular basis.
Maintaining cordial relation with buyers and buying QCS.
Attend all buyers during their visit to the factory.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
