Job Context:
∎ The person will also be working as the FKR (Factory Key Responsible). Also he will be the lead of Quality Control and Assurance department.
∎ Job Location Bagher Bazar,Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. Investigating and setting standards for quality.
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international levels.
∎ Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures. Writing management/technical reports and customers' charters.
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality. Directing objectives to maximize profitability.
∎ Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information. Monitoring performance.
∎ Supervising technical or laboratory staff.
∎ Developing objective metrics for measuring quality assurance across all product categories and brand channels.
∎ Development of all overall and specific quality assurance policies and standards for all product categories.
∎ Ensuring execution of all quality assurance standards and practices. Tracking progress by buyers and brands.
∎ Planning and managing quality department activities in accordance with agreed upon budget, timeline and goal.
∎ Creating yearly TGA calendar for quality in alignment with overall product development calendar. Developing all communication strategies both internally and externally.
∎ Inspection of performance, internal audit performance and accountability
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Quality, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Einglish writing & speaking proficiency most required
∎ Experience in the relevant field in woven (tops and bottom) garments are required.
∎ Should have good communication skills
∎ Must have knowledge on presentation
∎ Excellent team playing aptitude with a pleasant personality
∎ Good computer knowledge must be required.
