Job Context:
∎ The incumbent is responsible to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. He will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
∎ The goal of this position is to assure the high quality of our products and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Monitor and supervise all quality related procedures that affect quality of finished products.
∎ To know all aspects of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ To guide the entire team members on the quality standard of the finished product, find out the reason for inspection rejection.
∎ To monitor, Co-ordinate and promote the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirements.
∎ Effectively interact with technical, development and production teams to maintain product quality: ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ To Evaluate and improve the efficiency level of controlling the system and the effectiveness of the existing quality control system of the entire Group.
∎ Review and update the company's quality control manual modules and materials relevant to productivity and quality control.
∎ Ensure quality standard, manage the quality platform and attend each and quality control.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product.
∎ Plan, promote and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Taking necessary action or inform the authority if any discrepancies happen.
∎ To develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ To overseas inspection activity for production throughout the product cycle.
∎ To design & develop new ways regarding the improvement of quality of finished goods.
∎ To develop the quality customer service for all query issues.
∎ Supervise and direct quality assurance team, who are responsible for enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices and other quality related policies in order to meet product quality standards.
∎ Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources to meet the production schedule.
∎ Make proactive recommendations and offering/presenting solutions to the Quality Systems to improve quality of the products and work efficiency of all team members of the department.
∎ Develop monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities. Also, evaluate and recommend alternative inspection procedures for continuous improvement.

∎ Proven experience as a quality assurance head or relevant role in any plastic goods manufacturing industry is a must.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
