Experience:

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

• BSc in Engineering from any reputed university.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Preferred.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Preference will be given to candidates with below training/courses: Lean Six Sigma Course, 5S Training, Talent Management & Succession Planning, KPI Master Class, Leadership training In Managerial Communication (LCMC), Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Can work under pressure.

• Good communication skills with a pleasant personality.

• Define the scope and objectives of a project, involving all relevant internal stakeholders.

• Create a project timeline & project plan with detailed breakdown of all the stages.

• Define the requirement of resources according to achieve each stage of the project and consequently create a budget with breakdown.

• Assess the budget requirement and the project to determine the feasibility of implementation.

• Initiate the project and track the costs through each stage of the project.

• Expedite the project and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely utilization of resources.

• Ensuring the best possible utilization of 4M (Man, Machine, Material and Method).

• Determination and maximization of Efficiency and OEE.

• Identification of the causes of all NPT and thrive to eliminate them by coordinating with responsible sections.

• Generation of ideas for improvement and Cost Saving Projects.

• Continuous improvement by implementing and sustaining LEAN and SIX SIGMA methods (5S and Visual Management, KAIZEN, SMED, POKA-YOKE, PROBLEM SOLVING, DMAIC etc.).

• Implement project management tools to regularly provide updates on the work progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
