Educational Requirements:
∎ Tertiary, B.Sc in Textile, degree in Industrial Engineering/ Production Management/ garments or other related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing over all Operations of the production unit for garments.
∎ Directs activities to assure optimum utilization of man, machine & material and improve productivity & quality through automation.
∎ Analyses of production cost, cost control and cost reduction in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Co-ordinates production, maintenance and distribution activities and challenge to improve existing performance
∎ Complete urgent and manage critical situations on processing multiple order at the same time.
∎ Ensure achieving the monthly production as per the production plan.
∎ Ensure all shipment is going on time and no air freight, and recheck.
∎ Ensure optimization of manpower and other resources to achieve the planned productivity.
∎ Establishes and maintains operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Manage and monitor work in progress costing.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget for production department, variance analysis and establishes goals in line with company goals.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Monitor report on production, maintenance, people, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.

∎ Up to date knowledge on related equipment/ machinery.
∎ Knowledge of quality assurances system, compliance
