Education:
MSc/ BSc in IPE/ ME/ Chemical Engineering from any reputed University.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

Must have manufacturing company job experience.
Experience in battery production will get preference.
MS Office (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentation) skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints (8D, CAPA reports) professionally.
Good presentation skills to explain findings to management.
Familiarity with international standards.
Strong reporting & audit handling ability.
Good English proficiency for communication with foreign consultants/suppliers.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan layout, oversee machinery installation and coordinate trial production activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual production plans based on sales forecasts and market demand.
Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), productivity, and downtime.
Lead day-to-day production operations to achieve output, efficiency and quality targets.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize machine breakdowns.
Ensure capacity planning, line balancing, and optimal resource utilization.
Monitor production output and suggest process improvements where necessary.
Ensure compliance with company production policies and standards.
