Education:
BSc in EEE/IPE from any reputed University.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Process Development,Process optimization,System development
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 28 years
Strong MS Office (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentation) skills
ERP knowledge for process integration
Good presentation skills to explain findings to management & external auditors
Familiarity with international standards
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Good English proficiency for communication with foreign consultants/suppliers.
Manufacturing Company job experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support equipment commissioning with process input and adjustments.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production and implement corrective actions through training.
Collaborate with other engineering teams (R&I, QM, and Production) to integrate new processes or optimize existing ones.
Design, optimize, and oversee all the industrial process parameters and implement SPC.
Plan and ensure future process automation to optimize cost and operation, MES Integration.
Continuous improvement by implementing and sustaining LEAN and SIX SIGMA methods (5S and Visual Management, KAIZEN, SMED, POKA-YOKE, PROBLEM SOLVING, DMAIC etc.).
