Experience:

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Battery, Storage cell

BSc in EEE/IPE from any reputed University.

• Age At least 28 years

• Strong MS Office (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentation) skills

• ERP knowledge for process integration

• Good presentation skills to explain findings to management & external auditors

• Familiarity with international standards

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams

• Good English proficiency for communication with foreign consultants/suppliers.

• Manufacturing Company job experience.

• Support equipment commissioning with process input and adjustments.

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production and implement corrective actions through training.

• Collaborate with other engineering teams (R&I, QM, and Production) to integrate new processes or optimize existing ones.

• Design, optimize, and oversee all the industrial process parameters and implement SPC.

• Plan and ensure future process automation to optimize cost and operation, MES Integration.

• Continuous improvement by implementing and sustaining LEAN and SIX SIGMA methods (5S and Visual Management, KAIZEN, SMED, POKA-YOKE, PROBLEM SOLVING, DMAIC etc.).
