Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design specialized Retail banking products targeting Women segments and responsible for business growth.
∎ B2B partnership for ensuring value added services while designing retail banking products.
∎ Create and enrich various database related to customer, merchants, partners etc.
∎ Identify, analyze, & modify campaign plans as per present market demand.
∎ Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques & provide ongoing reports.
∎ Competitive analysis & update added benefits according to market demand.
∎ Coordinate & collaborate with other teams for client acquisition under women banking segment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent relationship management skill.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ HNW segment relationship.
∎ Sound communication skills both English and Bangla.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS office package.
Salary: Negotiable
