∎ Graduation/Post graduation in any Discipline.
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/ Industrial Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the team to ensure best output of printing production.
∎ Derive the monthly production plan as per garments schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline;
∎ Review plan on daily basis and wherever required to ensure best support;
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring; elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept);
∎ Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction and reduce the wastage percentage;
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to enhance performance efficiency;
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine;
∎ Overall responsibilities of People & Process Management in the Unit;
∎ Implement quality training programs for key quality & manufacturing personnel and also supply chain partners;
∎ Complete knowledge on Pigment, Reactive, Disperse, Discharge, Burnout and Metallic printing process.
∎ Ensure quality standard and chemical restriction limit for reputed buyers.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of all over printing machine and process chain.
∎ Candidates have the ability to develop new Buyers & also outsourcing also.
∎ Ability to execute production as per requirement within time limit with quality.
∎ Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemicals be used, color sequences & any other instructions.
∎ Inspect and examine the printed products coordination with the quality team for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects.
∎ Examine, supervise report the costing of the chemicals & others.
∎ Monitoring & follow up the wash test of the samples and production and take initiative action accordingly.
∎ Give the technical solution to solve the print difficulties.
∎ Ensure the quality during bulk production period & control rejects.
∎ Proper utilization of manpower & resources.
∎ Capability to run production independently.
∎ Capability to solve all type of technical issues related to sample size set bulk production etc.
∎ Communicate with designer & sample department, color department, exposing unit, coordinators & merchant team for development issues.
∎ Ensure sample development, plan and delivery.
∎ Chemical Test related knowledge and buyer wise Test parameter experiences.
∎ Knowledge about Expose (image) and mesh selection for design wise.
∎ Fabric wise chemical selection knowledge with costing strategies.
∎ Technical solution in bulk production for different types of print.
∎ Technical experience for Increase productivity using minimum manpower.
∎ Ability to solve production related problems.
∎ Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management.

∎ Age at most 46 years

∎ The incumbents will be given preferences who have practical experience of handling all type of Printing.
∎ Outstanding organizational & leadership skills.
∎ The candidate should be dynamic person with personal initiative and leadership skills.
∎ Should have experience in handling independently full production of printing factory.
∎ Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ The applicant should have the ideas on Screen print, machine print, table print, level print, cut piece print, sublimation print & oval print.
∎ Must be capable in outside marketing.
