∎ B. Sc in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Operation, Ready Mix Concrete

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set target and prepare production planning as per yearly sales budget
∎ Ensure quality production and on time delivery of the ready-mix concrete
∎ Prepare budget for plant and ensure optimum resource utilization and materials allocation for efficient and quality production
∎ Manage RMC truck movement and distribution process
∎ Manage, evaluate, monitor, and coach workforce assigned to the plant and train all members of the maintenance team
∎ Direct and monitor machine maintenance, equipment use to minimize unforeseen problem and reduce breakdown time to increase productivity
∎ Plan and ensure inventory of materials and spare parts for smooth production
∎ Ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance and maintain a safe working environment
∎ Prepare and analyze periodical statement on production and quality

∎ In-depth understanding about ready-mix concrete manufacturing and entire industry
∎ Understanding of the organization's strategic priorities
∎ Ability to manage external stakeholders
∎ People leadership
∎ Self-starter, ability to prioritize
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
