Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the factory, which encompass the assembly, pressing, and molding facilities.
∎ • Guarantee the injection molding department's optimal operation in the production of plastic parts.
∎ • Establish and execute quality control procedures to guarantee that products meet the highest standards.
∎ • Quality control systems & SPC to minimize defects and improve product consistency.
∎ • Develop and manage the plant’s operational budget.
∎ • Optimize resource utilization(man-machine ratio), including raw materials, labor, and machinery.
∎ • Develop and implement production schedules and an R&D centre to meet business demands
∎ • Identify areas for operational improvement and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
∎ • Drive automation and technology upgrades to enhance productivity effects on manufacturing overhead
∎ • Monitor production OEE, downtime, and yield rates, MTBF , MTTR
∎ • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to OSHA or local safety regulations.
∎ • Collaborate with SCM to manage procurement timelines for imported components, thereby guaranteeing the seamless operation of productions.
∎ • Enhance productivity by optimizing material handling and storage throughout the facility.
∎ • Improve the efficacy of production and minimize waste by identifying areas for improvement in the factory's operational processes.
∎ • Work in conjunction with senior management to develop innovative concepts for future production lines, including gas stoves, cables, and home appliances.
∎ • Offer suggestions and insights to optimize the factory layout and resources in anticipation of the anticipated expansion.
