∎ Skills Required: Communication, Production planning, Risk Assessment

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and managing a strategic planning framework by driving an effective and efficient planning cycle. Promoting cross team-working for the Strategy, Planning and Implementation team - day to day workflow management.
∎ Responsible for effective planning and execution of more 200 lines
∎ Make own production plan by analyzing resources of Central Planning.
∎ Developing and managing a strategic planning framework by driving an effective and efficient planning cycle. Promoting cross team-working for the Strategy, Planning and Implementation team - day to day workflow management.
∎ Controlling central planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising, Production people, Supply chain & other concerned department for smooth operation.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, Knitting, Dyeing, washing and finishing according to plan.
∎ Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Decide (suggest) how much order should be accept according the production capacity. Allocating of total capacity or deciding how much capacity to be used for an order out of total factory capacity.
∎ Select processes for the orders, removal extra processes to reduce cost of production. Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, Information Support and Analysis. Optimize Manpower Utilization.
∎ Monitor hourly, daily production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation
∎ Ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be an expert on Production Management
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of garments & Fabric Planning
