Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/BSc in textile/BSc in IPE;
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptionally experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute the coming order by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization and estimate the future work load, set strategic plan to execute and give necessary directives to concern departments;
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards;
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to functions determine worker and responsibilities;
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product;
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities;
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development;
∎ Ensures that quality, compliance issues are taken as part of the job;
∎ Perform any other assignment as assigned by the superior and ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on garments manufacturing and washing;
∎ In-depth knowledge about denim product;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive;
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
