Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, IE & management team and timely input in ERP.
∎ Fully responsible for the production planning and coordination in the Textile Division, ensuring optimum utilization of capacity, manpower and equipment.
∎ Closely follow up the implementation operation of the plan in line with the Production Schedule.
∎ Prepare the machine loading plan keeping in view of its maximum capacity.
∎ Forecast and plan the in-housing of raw materials and different ancillaries to meet production schedules of Knitting and Dyeing.
∎ Will have to remain always updated on production status and be capable to provide any information regarding the status of knitting and dyeing instantly.
∎ Maintain close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & store department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department & Production people for smooth operation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge in Knitting & Dyeing planing
