Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve set target of team in terms of new business acquisition and portfolio growth of personal loan.
∎ Review product and process guidelines from time to time.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with new corporate houses by signing MOUs.
∎ Ensure penetration in multinational and local large companies in Dhaka and Chittagong.
∎ Design and execute sales campaign to boost the business.
∎ Execute innovative MMI in corporate houses to create IPDC access and attract potential clients.
∎ Ensure robust compliances in documentations as per regulatory bodies.
∎ Manage NPL of personal loan within the budgetary threshold.
∎ Responsible for team development, morale and productivity of every team member.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Responsible to achieve set target of persona loan in terms of new business acquisition, portfolio growth, product and process design, pricing, market creation, team development, and NPL management. The individual will work in the job grade of Senior Manager / Manager.
