∎ Minimum Masters in any discipline with no third division in academic records. Professional qualifications like CFA, CA, CMA & MBA from leading business schools will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the CEO to develop an Operating Plan to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term investment and strategic objectives
∎ Supervising and reviewing Financial Operations & Reporting
∎ Managing company affairs & secretariat
∎ Formulating and Reviewing budget
∎ Supervising trading & settlement operation
∎ Formulating, reviewing and updating operational policies
∎ Ensuring compliance of regulatory guidelines and internal policies and reporting to the higher authorities
∎ Sets trade disagreements/ disputes within the policy of the company
∎ Ensures processing of the trade transactions and closing of the day
∎ Supervises and approves the execution of the trigger sales.
∎ Ensure all required reports are prepared & submitted properly and timely to the regulatory authorities
∎ Work alongside Software / Technology development team to ensure that the systems achieve outcomes in line with the Operating Plan

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 (Seven) Years' experience in the relevant area
∎ Candidates pursuing professional degrees i.e. CA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA, CS, CFA are encouraged to apply
∎ In-Depth Knowledge in all business functions of a Merchant Bank
∎ Good at numbers and financial planning
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Very good skills in MS Office

Salary:
∎ Job Grade & Salary will be in commensurate with experience and Profile of the candidate.
