Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on company and delivery services.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, including dispatching, routing, and delivery processes.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, senior management, and external partners to drive operational success and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
