Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor regular order flow, coordinate with the Hub In-Charge to ensure daily collection of COD
∎ Design and implement resource roasters to ensure non-stop delivery service throughout the year
∎ Monitor the efficiency level of each agent to maximize the delivery and increase the output
∎ Ensure that the not-verified issues are resolved within the SLA
∎ Preparing a route plan for each branch territory
∎ Keep management up to date regarding the service standard through reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office
∎ Must have area knowledge with team lead ability

Salary: Negotiable
