∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Proven working experience in building material industry.
∎ Outstanding communication and Negotiation skills
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership ability
∎ Analytical abilities and problem solving skills
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package especially in Advanced MS Excel.
∎ Experience of working with ERP or any software-based project;
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for routine business operations of Office & Factory including sales and marketing, customer service and coordination.
∎ Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
∎ Demonstrate and promote a culture of creative thinking, innovation, and embracing change for growth and relevance.
∎ Working with management and other heads of the company.
∎ Provide leadership, Manage and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
∎ Prepare and present an annual operational plan and a budget.
∎ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
∎ Provide sound, clear and timely information and advice to the Board based on professional knowledge and understanding of the field.
∎ Ensure effective management of resources including recruitment, supervision, and development of policies, systems, and the staff to support them.
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets of Building materials industry.
