Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure pick up & deliveries are made within strict deadlines.
∎ Monitor & Ensure 100% delivery success.
∎ Ensure proper HUB management and operations with compliance by closely working with HUB in-charge.
∎ Work closely with zonal in-charge and ensure operation running smoothly.
∎ Monitor overall sales, marketing & operation.
∎ Meet all the targeted financial & non-financial KPIs and ensure business growth.
∎ Ensure delivery failed products return to nominated department within committed time.
∎ Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
∎ Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
∎ Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely manner.
∎ Create cost-effective distribution plans and efficient routes for deliveries.
∎ Monitor and maintain the operational budget.
∎ Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
∎ Recruit, hire, train, and supervise riders & team members.
∎ Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training necessity.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders where necessary.
∎ Serve as primary contact for inquiries and concerns of corresponding area.
∎ Ensure all the process and operation running smoothly.
∎ Manage overall financial planning and operations of the company.
∎ Provide guidance, direction and oversight to team.
∎ Establish and manage financial budget and control processes, including quarterly and annual.
∎ financial planning, goal setting, business development, new business accusation, and target monitoring, as well as budgetary and purchasing controls.
∎ Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the Company Management Team by
∎ developing analytical and financial insight for all important long and short-term decisions, including resource allocation outcomes and processes, investments, and external business partnerships.
∎ Analyze operating results and proactively identify areas of potential concern, initiating corrective action when necessary, and identify innovative ways to improve business volume and profit.
∎ Business volume and revenue responsibility.
∎ Client servicing maintaining a good relationship for existing merchant and increase new merchant registration.
∎ Monitor daily pick up and delivery, regular reporting, work closely with team.
∎ Resolve merchant quarries, follow up merchant payment, ensure very good customer satisfaction.
∎ Perform regular sales call and client visit.
∎ Performance update in the weekly meeting.
∎ Ensure a professional office environment.
∎ Create necessary marketing promotion according to current market and monitor properly. Responsible for all marketing activities.
∎ Monior app, website, tracking system and other software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline. Business discipline preferred.
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in Distribution in a senior position. FMCG/Telco/Courier will get preference.
∎ Number oriented, eager to learn and grow with the organization.
∎ Willing to go the extra mile.
∎ Good computer/IT knowledge.
∎ Ready for extensive travel.
Salary: Negotiable
