∎ Minimum 3/4 years of proven experience in sales operations.
∎ Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry for the position.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for sales operations.
∎ Standard presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high quality outcomes.
∎ Familiarity with technology products and services, particularly in the home automation or smart home industry, will be added qualifications.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient sales operation.
∎ Generate leads for corporate sales.
∎ Identify and develop business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
∎ Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services effectively.
∎ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their requirements.
∎ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the company and the customer.
∎ Provide timely and accurate different reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Software/ Development, Customer support, etc. to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position LivingHub Technologies' solutions.
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
∎ Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
