Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry for the position of Manager.
Ability to work under pressure.
A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for sales.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
The results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Familiarity with technology products and services, particularly in the home automation or smart home industry, is a plus. (Specially for the Manager position)

We are looking for Software Sales Executive, they will play our sales role.
Job Context:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads, acquire new customers, and promote our products/services. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value proposition and benefits.
- Have to go on the field to speak with the client.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure an accurate understanding of client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the client.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company`s brand and offerings.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position LivingHub Technologies` offerings.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote the company`s brand.
