∎ Develop and implement the overall operational strategy in alignment with the company's goals
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Provide strong leadership to the operational teams
∎ Overview and implement financial budgets, and forecasts
∎ Oversee the supply chain functions
∎ Oversee the Production functions, ensuring timely and cost-effective production
∎ Establish and maintain quality control standards
∎ Implement technology solutions to enhance operational processes
∎ Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity
∎ Job Description:
