∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The candidate should have the overall knowledge of real estate sector including sales, marketing etc.
∎ An excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory in reading, writing and speaking.
∎ Computer literacy is must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have knowledge in Land purchase, Registration, Land Law, Ensure update of all land related documents including deed, land tax, porcha, khatian, mutation, etc
∎ To do Land Development Works by Sand filling by Dredger Earth filling by Trucks
∎ To keep liaison with RAJUK to get the Land Project Plan approval
∎ To keep larson with DCC, WASA, DESCO to get the infrastructure work done within the project
∎ Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sale of Land/Plot
∎ To solve land related problems such as Court cases and Adverse possession of Company's land by others
∎ To prepare monthly Progress Report and Communicate with the Management to their satisfaction.
∎ To sit with the Plot owners association to resolve their problems
