Responsibilities & Context:

• Coordinate with external lawyers for ongoing cases.

• Moving and assisting with the process of all the other cases on behalf of the company.

• Prepare case summaries, maintain litigation records, and ensure timely follow-up on court matters.

• Prepare, review, and draft various legal documents such as deeds, agreements, contracts, and affidavits.

• Follow up the civil cases, AC Land cases, ADC Cases, Etc.

• Attend hearings or legal proceedings when necessary.

• Handle land vetting, mutation, registration, and relevant property documentation.

• Maintain liaison with sub-registrar offices, land offices, city corporations, and other government bodies.

• Ensure all land and property-related legal papers are authentic and properly recorded.

• Assist management in all types of legal issues related to land purchase, ownership, and company affairs.

• Represent the company in legal matters, hearings, or documentation processes when required.

• Provide legal opinions and advice to management regarding company operations.

• Keep updated with land law, real estate regulations, and relevant government circulars.

• Maintain all legal records, files, and correspondence properly.

• Maintain proper filing systems for legal documents, case files, and correspondence.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of all legal information.
