Job Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
Conduct due diligence, including title verification, land records, and ownership validation
Coordinate land survey, demarcation, mutation, and registration processes.
Prepare, review, and vet legal documents such as Deed of Sale, Agreement for Sale, Power of Attorney, Lease Deeds, and other contracts.
Conduct legal due diligence for land/property acquisition.
Verify ownership, title chain, and encumbrances of properties.
Liaise with lawyers, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Handle land acquisition processes including negotiation support and documentation.
Maintain updated records of land documents, mutation, and khatian.
Ensure proper land demarcation and boundary verification.
Monitor land-related disputes and assist in resolution.
Manage property registration processes at Sub-Registrar Office.
Ensure timely completion of mutation, namjari, and related processes.
Coordinate with land offices (AC Land, Tahsil Office, etc.).
Calculate registration costs, stamp duties, and related fees.
Ensure compliance with local land laws, real estate regulations, and company policies.
Maintain liaison with government authorities such as RAJUK, Land Office, Registry Office, and City Corporation.
Support in obtaining approvals, permissions, and clearances.
Maintain organized and updated legal files and digital records.
Prepare reports on land status, legal issues, and registration progress.
Assist management in legal risk assessment and decision-making.
