Responsibilities & Context:
Provide legal advice and support to the company
Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts
Handle legal disputes, cases, and court matters
Ensure company compliance with local laws and regulations
Represent the company in legal proceedings if required
Coordinate with external lawyers and legal authorities
Manage legal risks and provide solutions
Maintain proper legal documentation and records
