Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take control of the overall operations of the packaging factory.
∎ Ensure the achievement of company goals/efficiency target/ performance and on-time delivery with first time right quality.
∎ To be responsible for different manufacturing processes.
∎ Will be responsible for manufacturing activities which include the production of the existing products or new product lines, meeting production targets, managing working force, and ensuring product quality.
∎ Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
∎ Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control process with the involve
∎ Overseeing the production process on an hourly & daily basis to meet the given schedule
∎ Ensuring that the production is cost-effective
∎ Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ To increase productivity in all machines by proper planning and better output without affecting the quality of the products.
∎ To minimize downtime of all machinery/ auxiliaries by proper coordination & interaction with maintenance department continuously.
∎ To ensure proper control of wastages and workers 'efficiency.
∎ To ensure material Management and inventory control.
∎ To act as a key person to maintain effective communication with top management.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Production and operation of packaging factory.
∎ Must have knowledge about production and quality control processes of packaging factory.
∎ Knowledge about costing and size.
∎ Analytical mindset and critical thinking ability.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
