Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
∎ B.Sc in Chemical/ Industrial Production Engineering will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Feed, Edible Oil Refinery, Factory Operation, Manufacturing (Light Engineering Heavy Industry), Oilseed
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessing project feasibility, estimating project worth, and financial budgeting.
∎ Conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and commissioning the plant.
∎ Selecting the product categories and assisting with machinery sourcing.
∎ Finalizing the layout of production floor and utility building, and supervising the installation and commissioning of machinery.
∎ Preparing necessary SOP, manuals and process instructions for production, quality assurance, and distribution, etc.
∎ Developing talent requirement plan and selection criteria of core team members.
∎ Planning of production, operation and distribution based on present market demand/ trend and considering product categories.
∎ Monitoring the stock & shelf life of raw materials to reduce the wastage of materials & overall storage costs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

Salary: Negotiable
