Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Head of Ashok Leyland Limited, Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for Implementation of IFAD vehicle production process as per manufacturer guidelines by monitoring the team.
∎ Responsible for product quality design Issues and rectification.
∎ Responsible for product quality Issues in market and service support.
∎ Manpower management responsibilities – Marketing, Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, HR etc.
∎ Government projects and dealing with Government officials in the Region.
∎ Product planning, Product trials, New product launches.
∎ Negotiation with IFAD regarding the LC.
