Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Marketing or relevant field
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be accountable for the strategic and operational leadership of marketing activities by introducing a marketing led ethos in the business
∎ Prepare and implement the Annual Marketing Plan
∎ Possess a strong understanding of the market, brand position and communicating that position to internal and external audiences
∎ Create strategic marketing plans to ensure brand building and enrolment success
∎ Manage the relationships with the partner institutes and agencies ensuring satisfaction to all parties involved
∎ Manage and conduct marketing, sales and promotional campaigns and outreach programmes targeting locations patronized by our target markets
∎ Plan and manage web content for all enrolment related web spaces and coordinating with other content managers on the content in shared web spaces
∎ Manage enrolment related social media campaigns and strategies and implement advertising campaigns
∎ Assist in formulation of strategies, in cooperation with the CEO/BoD and staff for acquiring new partnerships which meets the college's vision and mission
∎ Manage and assess the enrolment marketing budgets and planning to ensure that marketing tactics are cost-effective, efficient, productive and result oriented
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having significant student enrollment experience is mandatory apart from sales and marketing experience in the education industry.
∎ Professional qualification and experience in Digital Marketing is highly preferred.
∎ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
∎ Should possess good writing, reporting and analytical skills
∎ Exceptional PR skills and have an outgoing personality
∎ Business acumen with a results-based approach and a winning attitude
