Job Context:
∎ Shopan Plastic Industries Ltd. is a leading plastic door manufacturer in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing Sales who has minimum 10 (Ten) years practical working experiences in the Door or Board industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist Management to establish short & long-range sales goals and collaboration with sales executives, setting sales targets, profit growth, market share & other goals.
∎ To review sales policies & strategies to ensure that short-term operations are in accord with long-term objectives.
∎ To motivate and maintain the liaison with the dealers & field forces to successfully achieve the sales target.
∎ To explore new market and appoint new distributors in the potential areas.
∎ Setting strategy to promote products to the prospective clients.
∎ To prepare daily/monthly sales or sales related any other reports for the top management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is must (Specially in MS Office).
∎ Must have detail knowledge about Doors & Boards market.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Must be responsible to draw up the strategic road-map to increase the sales.
∎ Must have visionary leadership quality with better attitude to achieve the ambition.
∎ Capability to perform target based work.
