Job Context:
∎ Employment Status: Full-time/ Commission based if stationed abroad (Out of Bangladesh)
∎ Garments/ Apparels order procuring / marketing/ sourcing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of connecting, planning & procuring export orders for apparels.
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders. Keep close liaison with buyers & suppliers for any update of the production. Co-ordinate customers/ suppliers visits and deploys resources accordingly.
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyer by selling factory design/samples/ items.
∎ Should be linked with large base of foreign reputed buyers and have the ability to get volume export orders.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.
∎ The Candidate should possess have sound knowledge of garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories pricing & consumption.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garments and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor the systems, people and process necessary to ensure the achievement of meaningful and effective sourcing plan.
∎ Strong ability of Supply chain/Backward linkage management to source fabrics & related trims.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products
∎ Plays a lead role in conversations with key decision makers for new or emerging product/services opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be procure to handle 50 lines woven / Jacket factory.
∎ Having interpersonal skill to focus on upcoming situation.
∎ Knowledge on merchandising, Woven, Knit and Jacket Garment Based.
∎ Top Management role in Buying House & Garments Experience will get preference here.
∎ UK & USA Customers Experience will get preference here.
∎ Should have the experience & willingness of extensive overseas travel to source new buyers & existing customers.
Salary: Negotiable
