Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating new insurance business.
∎ Developing new business initiatives.
∎ Managing, tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service.
∎ Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual strategy and budgets for the Marketing department.
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
∎ Develop relationships within existing customers and create new customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 years experience in marketing in any Non-Life Insurance Company.
∎ Work experience as Head of Marketing will be preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
