Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring the testing of the laboratory technicians in their group.
Monitoring to lab dip matching, all type of test and washing effects.
Select dyes recipe and process to meet the required color.
To prepare the summary based on booking.
To take TNA from planning team and maintain TNA.
To collect LD approval ref or sample from merchandiser and give to lab and update summary file.
To take follow up with knitting team based on TNA And make voice raise to planning team if fail knitting plan.
To ensure batch to batch shade approval from merchandiser.
To take follow up batch to batch and ensure to delivery to finish store with good quality fabric.
To ensure order closing with actual process loss.
To give day wise plan to floor in daily basis, and ensure delivery daily basis also.
To keep follow up with outside dyeing team as per TNA.
To attend in daily meeting and weekly meeting with management team and production team.
Proper knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Able to work with spectrometer, Data Color.
Able to work with auto dispenser.
Any other task assigned by the management.
