Job Context:
∎ Head of IT is part of the RSC`s senior management team and heads the IT Department. The role reports to the Managing Director of the RSC.
∎ Head of IT will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology infrastructure to align with our sustainability initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in designing and implementing short and long-term strategies to realize the overall organizational vision, ensure the infrastructure capacity meets the existing needs, and support the organization's growth
∎ Plan, build, and lead a competent team & talents to support and execute infrastructure projects & operations
∎ Implement and operate an IT service management system to deliver the highest level of services meeting desired quality and customer acceptance criteria
∎ Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development initiatives
∎ Develop & implement information security processes, policies, standards, compliance requirements, and solutions
∎ Protect the organizational information assets from any kind of intrusion and security threat
∎ Initiate and drive an awareness program to establish information security as a culture in the organization
∎ Direct and administrate a contingent of IT people, conduct performance reviews and inspire them to deliver the highest standard of IT services to internal and external customers
∎ Develop plans and supervises training program for new joiners & ensure that a career path is defined for their technical and organizational development
∎ Team Development:
∎ Coach, mentor guide and train all current and new team members
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Microsoft Azure ADDS, Microsoft Azure cloud, Microsoft SharePoint, Data center, Database management System, ERP Implementation, Network Administration, Network Security, IT security
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask, Team leading ability
∎ Expertise in Microsoft Cloud Technologies, including Azure Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS), Intune, SharePoint Services and Microsoft 365.
∎ Proven Experience in ERP implementation with a preference for candidates familiar with Microsoft Dynamics .
∎ Strong Leadership skills to drive and inspire our IT team.
∎ Visionary mindset, capable of integration practices for the technological roadmap.
∎ Dedication to Staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating best practices for IT solutions.
∎ ITIL / COBIT / PMP certification will be an added advantage
∎ Proficiency in user-level IT system management
∎ Experience in managing website hosting, web application management, and hands-on experience in managing any CMS
∎ Exposure to implementing and managing Hyperconverged Infrastructure, Infrastructure dimensioning, Data Centers, Cloud environment, complex Wi-Fi, LAN, and WAN environment, large-scale database, and mission-critical systems.
∎ Clear concept and implementation level knowledge of ERP , network and system security.
∎ Hands-on experience in implementing firewalls, WAF, security policy management, end-user security management, and protection against cyber threats.
