Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the streamlined operation of the IT
∎ Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization
∎ Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning,
∎ Manage financial aspects of the IT Department Plan, design & implement the SAP end to end project and ensure the smooth running of the project
∎ Design and implement business automation
∎ Ensure implementation of all IT policies and procedures
∎ Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems
∎ Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations
∎ Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in IT field and 4 years of experience as Head of IT
∎ Experience in planning, designing & successfully implementing the SAP end to end system
∎ Strong strategic planning and risk management skill
∎ Strong technical knowledge of network, server and
∎ PC operating systems
∎ Strong visionary leadership skills
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to work with cross functional team
