Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science or relevant fields from any reputed.
∎ MBA would be an added advantage.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting business requirements, planning, requirement analysis, design, and transferring the same knowledge to the team for preparing technical specifications and solutions.
∎ Creating and managing IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
∎ Participating in complex infrastructure implementation, and system upgrades and guiding operational troubleshooting.
∎ Guiding a team of developers in implementing the project roadmap, ensuring its successful execution.
∎ Conducting code reviews of the developers' work, ensuring overall code quality and adherence to best practices.
∎ Evaluating and recommending technology investments and upgrades.
∎ Recruiting, training, and leading a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.
∎ Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
∎ Setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
∎ Tracking and reporting project progress, communicating between team members and engineering leadership, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail.
∎ Developing industry standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process.
∎ Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization's data and systems from cyber threats.
∎ Evaluating, selecting, and managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
∎ Overseeing data storage, backup, and recovery strategies to ensure data availability and integrity.
∎ Ensuring compliance with relevant IT regulations and industry standards.
∎ Any other job assigned from time to time by the honourable management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 5+ years’ experience in a leading position on the IT team of a renowned organization.
∎ Candidates who have worked in multinational companies will get priority.
∎ Should have experience and skills in Project Management, IT System Management, Software Development, Database Administration, etc.
∎ Excellent practical knowledge of coding languages such as C++, Python, Java, React Native, Laravel, Flutter etc.
∎ Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including storage area networks and redundant, highly-available server and network architectures.
∎ Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Ability to manage and motivate people.
∎ Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest IT technologies.
Salary: Negotiable
