Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall development life cycle of any solution and managing complex projects and managing the IT Support Unit.
∎ Manage IT and Digital technology services and coordinate across the application portfolio by talking with IDRA.
∎ Making plans to design new software and web applications.
∎ Delivering solutions as per plan to team and performing regular checks on the performance of system.
∎ Achieve goals for the IT Department.
∎ Operational Excellence - monitoring & operation of production services.
∎ Develop relationships with internal and external partner teams.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Hands-on experience on Hardware Devices & Drivers, Storage devices; I/O devices Trouble Shooting.
∎ Fresh Candidates do not need to apply.
∎ Must have good expertise on Microsoft Office as well as experience of handling insurance software system and insurance related business intelligence.
∎ Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
∎ Should be dedicated and career focused.
∎ Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
∎ Candidate should be good knowledge about SQL Oracle Database.
∎ Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
