Additional Requirements:

• Age 35 to 50 years

1. Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and experience in database design and implementation.
2. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.Proficiency in Oracle Apex and Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Jasper Reports.
3. Should be able to work under pressure and must have mental resilience.
4. Experience in managing multiple priorities.
5. Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages.
8. Strong Written and Verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

Responsible for the total IT functions of the Group (existing and future).Responsible for supervision of in-house and out sourcing people involved under MIS & IT section and over all maintaining, operating and supervision of MIS & IT sector.Report to Hon’ble Management about all IT activities.

Design and debug the ERP software developed (Land, Real Estate, Garments, Trading, in Oracle under difference modules including Finance, Billing, Fixed Asset, Inventory, Stores, production, sales, purchase, CRM, Marketing, Payroll, HRM and different functions of the Group.

1. Control internet usage and do closely monitoring the ISP activities for uninterrupted service.
2. Web, Proxy and Mail Server configuration and maintenance using Ubanto by Zimbra
3. Plan, Design, implement and maintain LAN and other IT platforms with access control, time attendance system and security systems.
4. Network Administration using latest & suitable version. Windows, Advance Server, Redhat Linux Enterprise and Cisco Core Switch, Core Router, WLAN, UTM Cyberoam Gateway, Microtik Router, VLAN, ODF connection, VPN Tunnel, Cisco firewall ASA5015, Oracle Web logic Linux Server for DB and applicationDesign and debug the various web portal for the Group (News portal)
5. Planning, installing and maintaining DVR/NVR and IP/CCTV Camera and security measure.
6. Responsible for printing products and communication media.
7. Ensure strong security of all kinds of data, network access and backup systems.
8. Closely work with different departments to know about their work procedure and provide MIS & IT support as and when needed according to policy/guide line.
9. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
10. Provide end-user training and support as and when needed.
11. Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.

Skills/ Abilities:

1. Undertake complex application development process.
2. Abreast with local ICT development and ready to implement that.
3. Utilization of SMS and email facilities in various applicants.
4. Proven record of application system analysis, design and development.
5. Experiences in web-based application development.
6. Ability to utilize Smartphone based application development.
7. Domain hosting in timeProcure MIS/ IT Products.
8. Maintenance office equipments in time for all units/projects.
