Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation degree in the discipline of CS, CSE, EEE, ETE, ICE, Applied Physics and Electronics, or any IT-related equivalent degree from a reputed public or private university with a good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years of IT experience for the position of SAVP and 13 years of IT experience for the position of AVP, especially in Network, System, Database, or IT Security administration and control in a reputed commercial Bank(s).
∎ Minimum two professional certificates, i.e. CISSP/CISM and CISA/ISO27001:2013 ISMS Lead Auditor, Lead Implementor are a must to fulfill requirements. Having other IT Security related certifications, like SOC Analyst, CEH/CPEH, etc. will be considered an added qualification.
∎ Minimum 05 years recent experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Information and Cyber Security Strategy for the Bank.
∎ At least three years in a leadership role to lead the Information Security and SOC Team and develop, implement, and maintain relevant information security policies and procedures according to the guidelines of the regulatory bodies.
∎ Experience in managing SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) solutions, analyzing Logs and Events, conducting VA-PT, Risk Assessment, managing privilege Access Management, and other Security Solutions will be the plus point.
∎ Experience in managing any industry-standard certification projects, like PCI DSS, or ISO 27001:2013 ISMS, identifying and implementing security controls across the bank according to the standard will be preferred.
