Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production line planning & executions
∎ Work method analysis and performance evaluations of employees.
∎ Making skill matrices of employees & training or strategy apply for increase performance.
∎ Daily/monthly/yearly efficiency determination and efficiency increasing methodology apply in working floors.
∎ Apply strategy for increase productivity at daily or monthly.
∎ Months end performance evaluations as per plan.
∎ Making different IEP reports.
∎ Making systemise the factory & budgeting manpower
∎ Decrease CPM by utilising real MP
∎ Adress world status MMR in factory.
