Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Possess expertise being highly conversant with relevant Laws, Rules & Regulations alongwith international best practices towards positioning the bank as a leader in governance and compliance in the country.
∎ Deploy robust ICC frameworks to safeguard Bank's integrity and excellence.
∎ Oversee audits and ensure timely resolution of findings as per regulatory compliance.
